In this interactive workshop, Janel Keating shows how to align the work of every PLC team districtwide—from the boardroom to the classroom.
You will explore the four types of teams and how they can work together. The session also looks at the district office’s role in supporting PLC at Work® and driving school improvement. Practical tools and strategies help you create continuous improvement through a top-down and bottom-up cycle.
The workshop highlights the critical role of principals. Using the essential standards and the four guiding questions of learning, principals will gain specific tools to lead with confidence and accelerate student success.
